HI , I have booked the family queen room and diddnt realise it was at the back of the hotel overlooking the bay .
The reason I chose here was for the view, which is spectacular over the city .
We are only there 2 nights ,and the Hilton is very strict in there policies
(Next time I will read the details better )
Has anyone else tried to deal with them ?
I also bought the stay from rates to go ,which may not make it any easier .
Looks like I will just have to enjoy what we have , I have paid fully on c/c
Any ideas for maybe changing it or cancelling ?
