diving: to book or not to book?

im pretty sure we've decided on going out on a tusadive diving tour, but now im not sure whether to book. we're going to be there at the beginning of july and all my friends want to wait and book just before but im worried coz i know its busy during that time, and i really want to go on a small, more private tour, rather than a big one that goes out to a pontoon. do you think we'll miss out if we wait til we get there?

I would suggest to wait - at least you can see what the weather is doing - you will always get on a trip the next day as there are many tour operators.

Just thought I would mention - Reef Magic go to a pontoon - they take 100 odd people and their pontoon is made for over 300 people! Therefore it is not crowded at all.

Small companies are OK but if weather rough - not nice staying on boat all day.
