How do you see sights in Brisbane when docking from a ship?

We will be arriving Feb. 20 at 8:00 am and leaving at 6:00 pm. Presently, we have no excursion set up. Is it far from the ship to see Brisbane? What is a must to do?

There's "Top questions about Brisbane" on the right of this page for you to select your own must do's ... only you can decide what interests you from a hundred different things.

The ships dock on the Brisbane River about 15 mins taxi from the city centre ... you can also get a taxi to the Hamilton Ferry and take a City-Cat into the city, great views and alight at South Bank for a stroll through the city. At that time of the morning there will be quite a bit of traffic and commuters around so maybe wait until after 9.

You can always get the HOHO Bus

www.citysights.com.au

This will give you a comprehensive tour of Brisbane at your own pace

If your ship docks at the Port of Brisbane then you will need to catch their shuttle bus into the city.
