Feedback on short-term rental company

Hello,

We are looking to book a short-term (2 months) stay in Sydney with a company called Corporate Keys. The company is based in Melbourne but have recently started operations in Sydney. The place we are interested in, is a furnished studio apartment in Cremorne. If anyone has dealt with this company (Corporate Keys) before and is willing to share feedback, it will be highly appreciated. Given the sum of money involved and the fact that we have no local contacts, we would like to be as cautious as possible.

Cheers,..

Corporate Keys is a very reputable company.

I personally haven't used them, but I have had clients come from overseas, who have used their services (on their own and with family), and have found them to be vey professional.

Having said this, do you have a chance to visit Sydney before you commence? Is this for corporate use or leisure? If you are not visiting Sydney before you start your rental, you probably can't get a better company.

If you do have a chance to visit before you rent, there are numerous corporate residences that have onsite management, who are brilliant in showing you the apartment and negotiate rental agreements.

Thank you for the reply. Its for corporate use. Fyi, the property we were offered by Corporate Keys is called Park Regis Concierge Apartments, situated on Military Road.

I know the Park Regis extremely well.

If its for corporate use, I'm just going to assume you are a sole occupant.

That being the case, you couldn't ask for a better location. It's located in one of the nicer suburbs in Sydney, and it's less than 10mins into the city by express bus. The apartments are located above a small group of retail shops, including a newsagent, IGA supermarket, bakery, a Japanese takeaway shop, a cafe and a bar. Across the road is a cinema. Within five minutes walking distance is Neutral Bay, a little mecca for cafes and restaurants, as well as to larger supermarkets. Along that stretch, you also have McDonalds, a 24hr petrol station, a 24hr cafe, numerous medical centers and dry cleaning services. Next suburb away from the city is Mosman, one of the more exclusive suburbs in Sydney, which is the home to Taronga Zoo and Balmoral Beach. It's ideal for a corporate.

Key notes - Military Road is one of the largest thoroughfares on the lower north shore, so the traffic is busy. If at all possible, try for a high floor away from the main road. I understand it may not be possible, and all rooms have double glazed windows so the noise 'shouldn't be an issue. The rooms are not overly large, and the kitchen facilities is minimal.

The only downside is thy once you stay in a location like Cremorne, should you ever decide to return to Sydney, you won't want anywhere else.
