Any tip and suggestion on Coastal Walk of the Royal National Park? Is it doable in a day?
sure, why not?
early winter weather can be great.
Thanks! No sure how the weather will be. Who knows there will be some black ice... slippery conditions and stuffs like that. So thanks for the confirmation. Would really love to do the walk!
this is a coastal walk south of Sydney.
no black ice....ever.
do u have a car to access the walk?
if not, quite difficult to get to.
But it can get very cold and windy on those cliff tops so bring a wind/rain proof jacket.
lien, I will probably be renting a car on daily basis to do these trips. So I guess I will just follow the instructions on the website on where to stop/park.
Thanks evamelb for the reminder. I am bringing a goosedown just in case! buhahahaa.. you know living in tropical country makes me weak to the cold :)
Coastal Walk doesn't quite work with a car but it is ideal to stop, do a bit and move on. You can do bits eg Wattamolla to Garie, the Otford stretch, Bundeena to little Marley
