Beach Parks

I thought I read somewhere that you can buy a pass to get into all the paid beach parks in Big Sur. Is this true? If so where do you get one and how much are they? Thanks for any help.

Hi Surf7

If you pay to visit one of California's state parks, your receipt will get you into any other state park on the same day, as long as the admission is the same or less than the first park you visited. This does NOT include Pfeiffer Beach or Sand Dollar Beach, as they are not part of the state park system.

The California State Parks Pass can be used for entrance to Andrew Molera State Park, Point Lobos State Reserve, Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park and Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. A one day pass is $10 and a three day pass is $30.
