I visited palolem in December, now I am visiting Goa in August and want to visit palolem. Can we enjoy at palolem in august
Wow what can I say Palolem beach is a most beautiful beach with the coconut trees behind its so picturesque
But take the beach away and what have you got ???? August is the worse month for the rains and the beach will be empty and the tide very strong .....
go north find a hotel with a nice pool for the days the sun shines and you will also get the entertainment on an evening Or staying south head for colva which will still be active and has some nice hotels and bars ect
It will be fine if you can handle cloudy days with periods of rain.
August will be rainy and Palolem will be empty. Avoid any South Goa beach in June - Aug period. Go to North Goa and find a hotel with a swimming pool. The beaches may be out of bound because of rains and rough tide so you can use the pool instead. You will enjoy your stay as it will be cloudy, so fewer sunburns. If you still insist to go to South Goa you may go to Colva. You can stay at Amigo Plaza (this hotel has a pool).
Very few places will be open..the scean will be totally different to what it is in December.
