The best way is to jump in a waiting taxi to the railway station at Jerez and then take one of the nice modern trains into Seville. If you take one of the Medium Distance trains that terminate at Seville and you are staying in the VIAPOL area or even the Barrio Santa Cruz / Triana areas and others then alight at San Bernardo and either walk or take a Metro. Otherwise go on after a few minutes to the main station at Santa Justa.

There is a bus connecting the airport with Jerez and sometimes continues to Cadiz but you need to look at times. http://www.cmtbc.es/

An alternative to the very good train is a bus from the next door bus terminal at Jerez.

Approximately the travel time would be about 15 minutes by taxi from airport to Jerez station. And about One hour plus 10 or 15 minutes to get to Seville.
