Coming by car service from Rome airport--need feedback

I am flying to Rome in May and then planning to come by car service to Positano. I know it's expensive but I am coming alone with luggage for 2 (am meeting my husband in Positano) and will already be tired from the flight (don't sleep on planes).

I think it's over 4 hours to Positano. Do the car service drivers stop along the way for bio breaks, etc.? Was just wondering what to expect. Any other info you think helpful will also be much appreciated.
