Dear Vagsabonda

Dear Vagabonda,

as you know i have all booked for our 5 days(21st/25th) in Catania.

I was thinking to come again to Sicily after few day 18th/12th Sept.

but this time our flight if we book will book after all it will be to Trapani.

I was thinking to book a hotel in Agrigento as i got a good rate.

Problem is our flight arrives late appx 11.30pm to Trapani Airport.

Can we still use public transport from trapani to Agrigento at that time.

Is it better if we book our first night at a hotel close to Trapani Airport and then we travel in morning to Agrigento after breakfast.

Do you suggest a better village or resort to stay in Trapani area?

I checked Cefalu but hotels there looks so expensive.

Have a nice day

Dear Anthony,

A day in Florence may not be worth your time, but if you do visit Florence, reserve your museums visits in advance to save time.

San Marino is easily reached by bus from Rimini.

Be sure to visit Ravenna from either Rimini or Bologna.

I would visit Ravenna from Rimini instead of Florence, and visit Parma from Bologna.

Buona Fortuna!

HI Vaga

i am not to keen on museums.

More i like to see historic buildings,Cathedrals and nice Piazza's ect ect.

i consider all you telling me.

Wish to visit Parma but i saw its two hours away from Bologna.

Yes will do Ravenna as daughter been there and told it's very nice place.

Hi Anthony,

Well Florence has churches (I love the Basilica di Santa Croce) and piazze, but Florence is definitely a museum destination.

Florence is 2++ hours from Rimini. Parma is less than an hour from Bologna.
