Pisa weather in Febuary?

Hi I m visiting pisa lucca and siena in the the 2nd weekend of February. How is the weather at that time? Is it ok to wonder around? Or it's too cold. Do cafeteria open outside ? Maybe with some kind of heaters?

If you Google "weather pisa february", you will get dozens of web sites that tell you what the weather has been like in the past. There is absolutely nowhere that can tell you what it will be like next February.

Chilly, good chance of rain. Ok to wander around in if you are suitably dressed, unlikely you would want to sit outside.

I'll be in Florence at the beginning of February and am planning to visit Siena and Lucca. I am prepared for it to be chilly, as peggypatch says, and probably rainy, so I'll be taking my umbrella with me everywhere.

I definitely won't be sitting outside.
