No, the first ferry appears to be at 3. p.m.

Camp-sites will normally have places for BBQ. But you might have to buy the charcoal yourself (which they will often sell you).

Disposable BBQ s are sold in all supermarkets,

Fuel for your stove is sold in sport equipment stores (look for chains like G-sport and xxl). Some petrol stations might also have fuel.

Two different ferries run between Lysebotn and Lauvvik/Stavanger, a tourist/sightseeing ferry and a fast ferry. The fast ferry have departures from Lysebotn Mon-Fre at 07:20: www.kolumbus.no/downloadfile.php…

The fast ferry looks like this:

aftenbladet.no/nyheter/…article388378.ece

You may book it here: fiskepirterminalen.com/booking/…

I don't know if the campsites have BBQ. Disposable BBQ's are available from petrol stations and supermarkets. Fuel for a Trangia cooker (called rødsprit in Norwegian) is available from petrol stations.

Most supermarkets have parking. There is this one for example in the Sola suburb close to the airport.

There is also this shopping centre with supermarket and Vinmonopolet wine and spirit shop

Alcohol is expensive in Norway. You may want to pick up the maximum allowance in the Duty Free shop on arrival at Stavanger airport.

My mistake I gave you the wrong Kiwi!!!! This one is on the way from the airport to Stavanger:

m.kiwi.no/butikker_profile.php?id=1284792

Normally Klima and I are in agreement, however I would not say that Kvadrat is conveniently located on the way from the airport to Stavanger. Please do not get offended Klima. In addition I would avoid Kvadrat (as you can tell I'm not a fan) it is a chaotic place and unless you have other errands there (other than grocery shopping) I would avoid it.

This is the route I alway take from the airport to Stavanger (a stop at the Kiwi included): http://tinyurl.com/85577k2

No problem, I thought it could be convenient as there is supermarket and Vinmonopolet under the same roof.

You do not have to go to the alcohol shop for beer, they are avalable at supermarkets. A six pack of 0,33 cans is NOK 135. They are also available at the airport tax free on arrival.
