Zig Zag road detour

We are renting a car in Oslo for our trip to the fjords in July. After getting advice on this forum for some interesting detours from E16 route, we are putting together an itinerary, and have a few finalizing questions. We are staying at a farmhouse in Vik. So, on our way there we are planning to do the Flam railway then, because it looks quite stunning, I was thinking we might do the Zig Zag road to Stalheim on our way to Vik. Can anyone tell me how long this road is, or any details we might need to know so we can plan to leave enough time in our schedule?

You can see Stalheimskleiva on the photo at the top on the right:

And it is only 1,5 km long, one way only (from top to bottom): fjordtours.com/en/…

Route on google maps here (zoom into B and C to get the details):

E16 runs in a tunnels beneath the zigzag road, so the detour is in fact very short (and rewarding). The panorama offered at Stalheim is classical:

In case it was not clear from previous posts, Stalheimskleivene is now a one-way road, driving direction is from top to bottom. Coming from Gudvangen you have to drive through the tunnels, turn off for Stalheim and drive kleivene down, then through the tunnels again. Around 7 km will be added to your drive.
