Bergen Area - Unique Accommodations?

I'm always looking for something different than a hotel, Apartment or Hostel. I've stayed on houseboats, mountain top cabin, etc. Does anyone know of something unique. Bergen area, September for 5 nights.

Thanks!

If price is not an issue, some suggestions:

dehistoriske.no/hotell/…

If you are fit, you can try this one (hut, about 6000 feet above fjord, but far from Bergen):

In Bergen, harbour captain's office (now hotel):

At Finse station (only by train):

Hi,

I've racked my mind, but I can't think of anything that could be considered really unique. But maybe you'll find something interesting on one of these websites: visitbergen.com/en/… (e.g. Fjordside Lodge) or http://www.bbnorway.com/hosts/hordaland.htm

Let us know how you make out!

Not to forget Fannaråken, Norway's highest "hotel":

But you have to climb up.....

In Numedal (valley) you find the "world's smallest hotel chain", there you can sleep in ancient "horreos", this one is said to be more than 700 years old:
