The ferry to Bygdøy departs from Rådhusbrygga, next to Aker Brygge, daily from April 1st to October 9th:

The ferry to Drøbak departs from Aker brygge daily at 10:00 from June 23rd to Aug 19th: oslofjorden.org/portal/…772001.PDF

Drøbak is not an island but a small town by the Oslofjord. You may visit the nearby fortress Oscarsborg on an island in the fjord: http://www.visitdrobak.no/en/

The ferry to Bygdøy will give you a return walk (uphill\downhill) if you intend to visit the main museums. Another option is to use bus no. 30 on your way to Bygdøy (leave at Folkemusset or the Viking ships), then have a walk downhill for the Fram and Kon-Tiki museums, and then do the ferry on your return.
