Trip in October 2009

My wife and I will be going to Scandinavia for 15 days in October. We are arriving to Copenhagen and leaving from Oslo. We will like to visit Stockholm and do some day trips. How should we plan our days? How many days per city? Would it be better to go to Stockholm from Copenhagen or from Oslo? Train or bus? Also, could someone recommend B&B's in those cities? How would the weather be in October? We need a lot of tips, must see places, etc. Thanks.

It will be a bit colder than Houston. Try to make it early October, as late October is start of the "grey" season.

I would say it is too far and not comfortable to take the bus. From Copenhagen and Oslo you can take a comfortable ferry instead. Consider flying between Oslo and Stockholm.

15 days should be plenty for these cities.
