car hire boot sizes

Question

Hello all

I know that car hire has been done to death but I can't find any information on boot sizes.  I am travelling with my hubby and in laws to Cyprus in Oct and we have had  good prices on car hire from Easy rent a car.  What I would like to know if anybody has used the following cars from them and knows how big the boots are on Nissan Note, Nissan Tilda or the Chevrolet estate.  I don't want a massive car but will need it to fit 4 medium suitcases for transfer from and to the airport. Either that or I put hubby and father in law on the bus.

On our latest trip we asked the car hire company for a roof rack which solved the problem. It was 20 euros extra for the duration, but this was with a different company. I can't say for the other cars but in the past we have had 3 adults 2 children and 4 bags in a Nissan Note, as the boot is a good shape. It was a squeeze though, the roof rack option was better. We went prepared with straps/ bungees in our case.

We also hire a Note as this is the car we have at home,the boot is very roomy. Marie.

Thank you. It is good to know peoples actual experience as when you are looking at pictures on the internet you can't tell properly. Hubby thinks I am stressing to much over this (he's probably right).

We'll be there from 13th to 23rd Oct taking the in laws for their first time, which is adding to the pressure. I've bought houses faster than I've booked this car. It seems to be the older I get the more indecisive I get. Have a great holiday.

we hired a Chevrolet Estate from George and Kula in July, I collected 3 adults and a 2 year old from the airport all their luggage and a buggy fitted in the back easily. The car was also very clean and tidy, I hope that helps.

Thank you for that. Could I just ask what is the chevrolet estate similar in size to, I drive a honda crv at home so am used to relatively big cars but didn't want anything huge.

Hi elsier it is comparable with Peugeot 407 estate, or Volkswagen Passat estate, longer than your Honda but not as high,
