Phaphos or Larnaca?

Busy looking to book a week's stay but not sure which area to book. We are not into resorts and prefer to do sight see, use local transport , resturants and shopping etc.

Hi we went to Larnaca for our honeymoon which was lovely but not an awful lot to see/do. We have booked our holiday in paphos this year in sept as there is more to see and do there from the reviews ive read and lots of lovely restaurants too

Hi, there is very much you can see and do in Larnaca. No Car that is not a problem, buses to the main towns run from Larnaca prom it is lovely lined with palm trees, bars- loads of restaurants it is in the town center with a nice marina. The beaches in Larnaca and the eastern coast are far better than Paphos

Nicosia 1 hour

Limassol 45 minutes

Ayia Napa approx 40 minutes.

also bus routes to some lovely rural villages see.www.cyprusbybus.com

I love Larnaca its my favorite in Cyprus it has a buzz yet it is so laid back, only a few weeks to go.Julie
