duty free shop KEF

just wondered if anyone knows whether the duty free shop closes at the airport. we arrive in at 23.30 and wanted to get our booze in iceland but just wanted to check whether this is an option. Thanks

Sure the duty free will be open, however depending on the number of passengers arriving, it might be quite busy. If you are planning to use the services of Flybus to Reykjavik, I would make certain that the bus will wait for you if required. This certainly should be no problem, but it is always safe to double check. Have a great trip.
