Are all the attractions i.e. blue lagoon, golden circle, northern lights available at this time

It depends. Natural sights will be open, but might not be accessible, depending on the weather and road conditions. Some tours are only available in summer.

Northern Lights are possible in November, but purely down to luck (and patience and persistence).

On any normal day yes. But we get to enjoy about 10-20 storms like Ophelia every winter. I suspect you know who I refer to.... Fortunately we got no trees and our homes are built to encounter these storms. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we got no trees to shelter people anywhere.
