Travel Copenhagen during Christmas week 2013

Hi, there! I'm one girl who is currently living in Seoul.

I'm planning to visit Copenhagen next week.

I'll be arrived there on 23rd at night, and be there until 28th night.

I couldn't think about the fact that on 24th and 25th most of the shops and museums will be closed.

Do you have any suggestions to go and do on Christmas Eve and on the Christmas day?

I'm interested in attending to some Christmas service at church, by the way.

I'd be very appreciated if you let me know.

:)

As Hans mentions, the 26th is also a national holiday, so everything will be closed. Note that in Denmark we celebrate Christmas on the eve of the 24th.

For churches I would recommend the Vor Frue Kirke in the city center. There's a Christmas service at 16.30 and a midnight service at 23.30. Come early! (http://vorfrue.23.kw01.net/node/164)

Go for a visit in Tivoli (closed 24th and 25th) which is open between 11.00-23.00 (http://www.tivoli.dk/en/)

I hope you'll enjoy your stay!

Hi, Hans. Thanks to let me know. But, there must be some restaurants open on those days, isn't it? A bit nervous. hAHA :)
