I wouldnt worry too much.

As the hotel is quite "hip" and also attracts non-residents in the bar and the restaurant I guess there will be some noise.

To be on the safe side I would call the hotel up and let them know you want a room high-up/quiet room.

If you dont feel for taking the "change" I would go with one of the other upscale (but boring in comparison)choices i.e. D'angleterre

Skt. Petri is perfectly situated and also offer bicycles to its residents.

Cheers, Martin

The experience of the hotel far outweighs noise from the bar. I agree with the previous comment -- ask for a room on a high floor.

The Skt. Petri is (in my humble opinion) Copenhagen's only boutique hotel. The rooms are not any smaller than most European standard hotels but the service and atmosphere makes your stay special.

If you are a fan of boutique hotels, you will not be disappointed.
