Looking for recomendations on a minibus tour of Corfu

We'll be stopping in Corfu as part of a Med cruise this May. I'd love to get a recommendation of a tour operator or taxi service that would take us on a tour of Corfu. We're not a big fan of large bus based tours so something smaller in a minibus or even taxi is much preferred. Also, if we go the taxi route, I've found some taxi/limo services that do custom tours of the island but don't list prices. Any experience what a half day or almost full day excursion would cost? We're in port from 8-6 so that gives us a good amount of time on the island. From the looks of things the beauty of Corfu lies in its countryside and not in Corfu town itself. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Corfu town is one of the most beautiful and elegant towns in Greece. It has two ancient forts to explore, the "Old Fort" dates from the 12th century and the "New Fort" from one hundred years later. The New Fort has fabulous views from the top. The Liston is an arcaded, cafe-lined street modelled on Paris's Rue de Rivoli, and is adjacent to the wide green park called the Spaniada. Leading off from the Liston is a maze of narrow winding lanes lined with little shops ranging from the usual tourist souvenirs to upmarket jewellery and leather goods. Wandering among the lanes you will come across beautiful tree-shaded squares with cafes for a rest and a drink. There is a wonderful fresh food market behind the Old Fort in the mornings. The 16th century church of St Spyridhon contains the silver-encrusted casket of the island's patron saint. So yes, Corfu has some lovely countryside but you should not miss the town.
