Weekly Bus Pass

Are you able to buy a bus ticket that covers the island for a week? or one that has a set number of trips on it?

No you aren't. Apart from anything else there are two separate organisations providing bus services - RODA and KTEL. RODA does services mainly on the west side of the island and within Rhodes Town; KTEL serves the east coast. You can buy books of tickets in advance for RODA but they aren't any cheaper. You're meant to buy RODA tickets before boarding anyway, from kiosks, local shops and cafes etc.

If starting your journey in Rhodes town, you have to buy a ticket from the bus companies kiosk not the driver.

These are located at each end of the street which acts as the bus station. KTEL serve the east coast & RODA the west.

You can only purchase a ticket starting 30 mins. before bus departure time
