Yes it is possible, the easiest route is probably to go from Mykonos to Samos(Vathy) by ferry approx 3-4 times per week, and then from Samos(Pythagorio) by ferry/hydrofoil approx 3 per day to Kalymnos.
Another possibility is a ferry to Kos 1 a week and then ferry/hydrofoil from Kos to Kalymnos 3 per day.
The basic principle is to get to any main Dodecanese island between Samos and Rodos from Mykonos. Connections then will be at least 1 per day with Kalymnos..
two beds cabin A class 72 euro each. I 'd go with the cabin in order to have a nice sleep and wake up in the morning in Kalymonos. No boats from Santorini to Kalymnos. You can of course follow the previews advise. Go from Santorini to another island and change boat to Kalymnos but I find that too much trouble.
