Wha is the best way to travel from Mykonos to crete? Can you go by boat?

You can fly..which is the easiest and best way in my opinion. Or, you take the ferry to Heraklion, which takes a very long time. If you take the hydrfoil over to Santorini (about 2 hrs 45minutes) you can get to Crete in under 2 hours from there on hydrofoil. Were you planning on hitting Santorini by any chance?

No I'm not going to Santorini. DO you know anythign about th e schedules for a hydrofoil or a websiteI could go to?

When are you going? They don't have schedules posted far in advance at all.

But if your trip is in a month or less...try Hellenic Seaways, Blue Star Ferries, Minoan Ferries. They all should have web sites.

There is no train from Mykonos to Crete. All water....no land for train.

Ok, so there is no ferry or hydrofoil that goes directly to Crete?

There is ferry ( not a hydrofoil) that stops in Mykonos and will take you to Heraklion. but if you want the fast ferry, you need to get to Santorini first.
