Athens on Greek Easter Sunday and Patmos

Hi! I am planning a vacation in Greece next year 2014 and have a few questions...

1) Aside from Mykonos, Ephesus, Santorini, my kids want to go to Patmos. Is Louis Cruise the only ship that sails to Patmos? We don't really like taking the 5 hour or more ferry.

2) We will be arriving in Athens on Greek Easter Sunday. Will there be taxis at the airport to bring us to our hotel considering it's a holiday? Will it be more expensive?

3) The Louis Cruise we are eyeing sets sail on the Monday after Greek Easter Sunday which, I understand, is also a holiday. Will there be taxis to take us to the port from our hotel? Will it be harder to find a taxi to take us to the port?

Thank you so much in advance!

1.Ephesos is in Turkey not in Greece,Santorini and Myconos are accessible by plane (best way and sometimes cheaper than ferries) and quite a few ferries also go to Patmos

check http://www.go-ferry.com/ for schedules

2.taxis will be plenty at the airport, bear in mind that Athens will be a ghost town, the locals leave during Easter,so this will be a great time to explore it w/o the usual hassle and traffic.

3,again there will be hundreds of taxis waiting for you, taxi drivers are starving and will kill for a ride during these depression times
