It sounds almost too good to be true.

Hi!

We used this to Acropolis today. Bought the tickets yesterday evening and went there this morning. When we arrived around 9.30 the queue was already 100 metres. We walked straight to the entrance and got in just like that. Thank you so much for giving us this tip!!!!

Oh, and just for info: we are a family of four and only bought two tickets. The kids got their free tickets from the entrance so you don't need to queue at all.

Sounds great! We're going in august. But according to the link above (about reduced tickets & who gets them) the children and I are free for the Acropolis, the only one who has to pay is my husband :) You can't select free tickets on the e-ticket site, so I guess it won't safe any time for us? Or am I missing something?

GKCH you can just go straight in, you'll get the free tickest from the entrance as you go. No need to queue. 👍
