Use the Metro and get off at Omonia station.

The metro is convenient and easy. You will have to switch lines at Monastiraki.

Metro - metro - metro :)

After exiting the arrivals Hall, head to the train / subway station. Purchase a subway ( metro ) ticket. It costs 6,00 euros per person, 10,00 for 2. This is the airport ticket price, since all rest single subway routes are at 0,80 euros.

- Head to the platform. It's a single platform so no fuss. Hop on "Metro" train - not suburban.

- Hop off at Syndagma Station. You 'll reach there at appx 39 mins.

- Change there ( same ticket ) to the Red line - direction "Aghios Antonios" - not "Aghios Dimitrios" :).

- Hop off 2 stops after at "Omonoia Station".

There is no need to do the route through "Monastiraki station".

Omonoia is like a round square. Upon exiting the station escalators, locate "Patission" str. at the maps outside the station exits. Patission a major road "parallel" to the Square. Everydody knows it :). Residence Georgio is appx 4 - 5 mins walk from the station.
