If you ask me, I wouldn't consider it the most romantic restaurant in Lisbon... although the setting is impressive and the food quite good.

In that price range, and for a romantic occasion, I would definitely recommend the “Travessa”, it is located in an old convent and is certainly one of Lisbon's best, cosiest and most romantic restaurants (for details check www.atravessa.com)... me and my wife go there for some of our “special dates”.

Personally, Lisbon wise, I believe "Eleven" is highly overrated, specially when you take in consideration the price of meals.

Tried Kais, had a great night, not overly romantic but fab setting, good food, great service (as we found everywhere in Lisbon).

Spent €100 for 2 inclusing a nice bottle of wine.
