Short-term rental in Brussels

My husband and I have to move in Brussels for work for two or three months, beggining from March. Do you think it would be easy to find a short-term rental not very expensive?

A quick search to immoweb has shown me only shared appartments with roomates, shared bathrooms and kitchen. Is there any other site to look?

The size of the appartment is not a problem but we would like to have our own kitchen and our own bathroom.

Thank you in advance

... which hardly meet the requirement "not very expensive"!! Any more than do other serviced apartments belonging to hotels, of which there are plenty in the EU district (the Leopold is near the European Parliament).

All short-term - that is, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly contract - rentals are furnished and many are serviced, and this sort of accommodation doesn't qualify as "domestic rental" so the owner has to pay taxes that don't apply when renting out residential properties. Users are mostly business people and national experts, lobbyists, etc., who have to stay in Brussels for a few months, or else expats arriving in or leaving Brussels for work reasons. Given the high demand, and business use, such accommodation is pricey, and you can't access the residential market because of only staying for 2-3 months. This puts you in much the same market as holiday rentals, where prices are on a nightly basis, cf.

- or google aparthotels brussels.

Immoweb is not primarily a homeshare site, I can only assume that these are coming up because of the price limit you entered in its search page. Try searching for 1-bedroom apartments in the relevant postcodes (e.g. 1000, 1030, 1040, 1050, ) without any price limit and see what comes up. However, that site IS essentially for purchase/residential rental (3 yr "breakable" contract or if below that, fixed contract, generally for 1 yr), so the listed properties are not aimed at short-term visitors. You could check these sites:
