How common are atm machines with Plus logo in Brussels?

Four years ago in response to a similar question, I looked at a number of ATMs and every one had the Visa PLUS logo as well as the (more widespread locally) Cirrus/Maestro symbol - 2 blue/blue or red/blue circles side-by-side and slightly overlapping - which is affiliated with Mastercard/Eurocard (Bancontact/Mister Cash).

Assuming that Visa ATMs include Visa Plus, using www.visa.com/atmlocator/index.jsp#page:home and entering "Brussels, Belgium" results in at least 10 pages of results with 10 ATM addresses per page.

As this is apparently not the case in all countries, bear in mind that many ATMs are located in bank lobbies, which require swiping (any) ATM card to gain entrance outside bank opening hours.
