No. For one thing fares on high-speed trains run by consortia like Eurostar and Thalys are not covered by Eurail passes (read the information on their website!) and for another, London is in the UK and neither the UK nor France - which you would have to enter/cross on Eurostar - are in Benelux, so obviously you couldn't use a Benelux pass in those countries. In any case, even the official guide says it is virtually impossible to get enough use out of a Benelux Eurail pass to justify the cost compared with individual tickets - or possibly, if you are travelling enough in Belgium, the Belgian Railways 10-trip Rail Pass (€76), especially if doing a series of single trips in Belgium rather than weekend return trips.

If you do nevertheless want to buy a Benelux pass, you can get so-called special passholders' fares on Eurostar, which are actually higher, to both Brussels and Paris, than the cheapest Eurostar fares (€48.50 non-flex, you'll have to check for yourself in GBP) you could get without a pass, buying 3-4 months in advance. See eurostar.com/us-en/travel-information/servic…

If going for individual tickets/Rail Pass in Belgium, note that you can cover your first (and last, if returning to UK from here) destination in Belgium other than Brussels using ABS (Any Belgian Station) fare which - as long as you don't break your journey in Brussels for more than 1 day - would give you e.g. Brugge for €7.50 instead of €13.80 standard single (€14.80 weekend return). For example, where the London-Brussels fare would be €48.50, London-Brugge (ABS) would cost €56.
