ATMs on Hull-Rotterdam Ferry/ at ferry terminal

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the ATMs on the Hull-Rotterdam ferry charge a fee and if they are UK or Netherlands based. I'm toying with not getting any Euros before leaving as we get a better rate on our pre-loaded Euro mastercards but we will need some contingency cash in case we want to stop on the way to Duinrell to eat.

If the ATMs are UK we will get charged, European ATMs there is no charge with our pre-loaded Euro mastercard. If we use our UK debit cards we will get charged a currency loading and a bigger fee to withdraw Euros.

Alternatively is there an ATM at the ferry terminal?
