Complimentary Area Shuttle

The website for the crowne plaza schiphol amsterdam claims that we are entitled to a Complimentary Area Shuttle within 5.0 KM radius of the hotel. does anyone know where this shuttle picks up at the airport? do we need to pre-book places on it? how regular is it? and wht times does it pick up example: on the hour?

Hi Jen,

The location of all hotel shuttles at Schiphol is outside Arrivals 3, that is close to Burger King restaurant. Well indicated, with special bus stops per hotel.

No prebooking AFIK for Schiphol-hotel, and generally enough seats. Otherwise first-come-first-serve.

Dunno about times and frequency; for most hotels it is every 30 mins.

Hope this helps a bit,

Someone at the hotel can explain, no doubt. They will speak excellent English - give them a call...

I see now that the complimentary will not help your transport to Amsterdam since the distance is too far.
