Lockers at Lausanne train station?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is anywhere to leave luggage at Lausanne train station? We are planning to stop there on the way back to Geneva for a couple of hours on our last day but need somewhere to dump our bags. The other alternative is the ferry port, we are coming from Montreux so could take a ferry instead if the bag arrangements are easier that way.

Thanks!

Ren

Hi BlondishRen,

I don't know if the Ouchy harbor has luggage lockers, but the train station definitely does.

Have fun!

Hi,

Normally, how much does the station charge for the locker use? How much luggage (size) can we put into a locker?

Also, do you know if there are luggage lockers in Aigle station?

Thanks.

For threasher --

Usually the lockers are coin-operated and cost 3-5 chf per locker. A small locker will fit a 22-inch bag and a carry-on; the larger lockers will fit 24-inch bags & up.

I don't know about the Aigle station. It *probably* does, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can e-mail the tourist info office to find out --

Good luck!
