How best to do top attractions fora group of 5 senior women

We are a group of 5 (3 over age 60) having an afternoon (20 June) and a full day (21 June) in St Moritz. We would like to do at least Pix Nair, Diavoleezza and a walk around Lake St Moritz. We would like to do a short hike (about 1-2 hour moderately easy walk that includes flower trails besides mountains and lake. We arrive around noon and leave on 22 morning. We stay 2 nights and therefore eligible for free passes. Pls advise in what order and how we should do this. Thanks in advance.

You arrive during shoulder season, so not everything will already be open for summer season. e.g. Piz Nair is opening only end of June. Diavolezza however will be open as weill be Muottas Muragl and Corvatsch.

As for your arrival day and the short hike you would like to do, this could be along Lake St. Moritz to Lej da Staz, a wonderfully romantic and idyllic location on a small mountain lake. This hike would already cover your wishes for a lake hike and a flower trail. The restaurant is open the time of your visit, so you could plan to have lunch there and then walk back. In the evening, if weather is nice, you could eventually get up to Muottas Muragl for a sunset dinner, a wonderful experience with a view over the Upper Engadin lake plateau, the mountains and glaciers. This is the only cablecar running late. Sunsets in June however are rather late.

This would free your next full day for the Bernina area, see https://www.bernina-glaciers.ch/en/ - there are so many options here and it is a stunningly beautiful area. How about a brunch or lunch at the alpine cheese-making https://www.engadin.ch/en/engadin-delicacy/ and a short hike into the Morteratsch valley towards the glacier? This is an almost even hike, slightly more than an hour to the glacier and less back. The views get better the further in you go, but there are great views already after the first bend in the hike. This could easily be combined with a train journey on the famous Bernina line (World Heritage Site) e.g. as far as Alp Grüm. This is covered with your pass if your accommodation offers one including local public transport. On the way there or back you could do a side-excursion up to Diavolezza. This would be a day fully packed with memorable views.
