Hi 123harish

Traveling to Jungfraujoch: Not recommended see Top Questions about Lucerne (TA Lucerne forum)

Mt. Pilatus: Train to Engelberg and cable cars up to Mt. Titlis. For more information look at the Top Questions about Lucerne.

Traveling from Lucern to the Jungfrau isn't advisable because of the unpredictable weather in the mountains. There is no way to predict what the weather on the Jungfrau will be from Lucern. You could spend all the money and time to ride all the way from Lucern and arrive to a totally socked mountain top. I would not recommended to try to visit the Jungfrau from much further away than Interlaken.
