4 days in Switzerland

My daughter I will be in Switzerland for about 5 days in December. Last summer we went to Interlaken, Zermatt and Chamonix and loved all 3. Would these be good choices in the winter or would you suggest other places. We are flying out of Geneva on Christmas Day. What is the hiking like in December? We also want to know a good place to go tobogganing. Thanks, Beckie

1. Re: 4 days in Switzerland

Zermatt would be ideal for a winter holiday and caters for all interests of the skiers and non skiers with guarenteed snow, I understand thay have already have about 80cm lying snow on the slopes.Check out the web site on www.zermatt.ch

Chamonix also is a high altitude resort and comes into its own in the winter.

Nearer to Geneva you could try Leysin or Villars both winter resorts with lots to do with excellent views of the Rhone Valley and Dents du Midi.
