I ordered tickets through thier webiste for $91, confirmed it with a credit card, and print out my invoice. RailEurope called back the next day and said the price of $91 was no longer availalbe, and the new price was $113.
Has this happened to anyone else? It sounded like a scam but I am not sure.
Also..... RailEurope's customer service phone number is next to worthless. I had to call over a period of 2 days at all different times just to get the chance to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before someone actually picked up. Most of the time a message said they were too busy and I should go to their web site, then hung up.
I hope the rail service isn't as bad as the ticket service.
