Guidance with Swisspass.

Need guidance from all you experts....those who've been there and done that folks...we plan to undertake a 6 nights holiday in Switzerland in mid June this year....we are a family of four....could someone please advise which rail pass would be a good option...we also plan to travel to Paris from there and were earlier planning to fly out from Zurich/ Bern Interlaken to Paris, but on second thoughts could even do a train ride to Paris and then fly out of Paris to back home...could you folks please advise good option and how much would it cost...the flexibilities it offers and so forth.....thanks in advance....:-))

Sunil D sorry the advice I have is that you really do have to plan your trip and then use the Swiss Rail website to cost the journeys you intend to take, then remember that the Swiss Pass also gives you free travel in 75 towns and cities. It also depends if you have under 16s with you. It boils down to doing the maths. It is also worth looking on the Swiss Rail web site for good deals on the trip by rail from Basel or Geneva. I managed a good deal last summer from Basel to Paris for 31chf.
