Stay in Siena or Florence....Naples question too

Going to Italy in August for 2 weeks, we are flying in and out of Rome. When we arrive we will stay our first night in Rome then straight to Venice for 2 days, then to Florence and Tuscany-Siena(for some wine!) But should we just stay longer in Siena then do a day trip to Florence or stay in Florence for 2 nights then Siena for 2-3 nights? I want to do Agriturismo in Siena, by the way..And How long should we stay in Sorrento for..2-3 nights....planning on going to Pompeii and Positano day trip...

Thank you, so maybe stay a couple nights in Florence ( with no car, then rent one as we head to the wine region), and also a couple nights in Chianti region with a car . After that we will head back to Rome, would you suggest taking a train back to Rome or keeping our rental car and driving back to Rome?

when we have a car in Tuscany we just drop it at FCO and take the train into Rome for our final days there. No point adding the expense of train when you already have the car rented.

Ok so staying in Rada is a good halfway point if we wanted to do a day trip or two into Florence with a car? Rada is good to explore the wine region of Tuscany!?
