Travel between Siena and Rome

I need help with: train versus bus travel from Siena to Rome on a Saturday with some luggage. How difficult is it to change trains? What are the buses like for this route? What about the length of travel time?

Any help would be appreciated.

CDel,

See http://www.sena.it/index_e.htm

and

www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.jsp…

Changing trains is not difficult, just getting luggage up and down stair and aisles.

Buses are long distance coaches.

Travel time is about the same.

We just returned from out trip to Siena and took the Sena bus from Rome to Siena. Travel time is about 3 hours. We recommend it.
