Economical Accommodation in Syracuse

Planning a Oct. 2014 trip to Syracuse. Looking for budget accommodations in the 70 euro a night range. Hope to get studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony/terrace. Maybe a weekly deal is available at a better rate.

Just steps from the sea near the Fonte Aretusa, find Aretusa Vacanze’s apartments.

Find reasonably priced weekly rental rates at Casesicilia in Siracusa.

Bed & Breakfast Vittoria on Ortigia also offers an apartment.

We stayed in a studio in Aretusa Vacanze, mentioned by Vagabonda in the previous reply, and I can definitely recommend it. It was really good value for money, and the owners were very kind and gave us lots of info on Siracusa. It is very centrally located, and the studios have well equipped kitchenette. A good breakfast is served on the roof terrace.
