We are planning our second trip to Sicily in April. On our previous trip, I had followed the advice not to leave our luggage in the car while visiting sights, even if it meant longer day trips. On our next trip, we will be driving from Syracuse to Erice one day. I really wanted to see Cefalù, so was hoping to stop there for a few hours en route. But we will have our luggage with us. Any chance of finding a secure place to park in Cefalù for a few hours? Or should we just skip the stop if we have the bags with us? I don't really want to rent a large car just to have a trunk that hides the luggage. We enjoyed our Fiat 500 last trip. What do you think Vagabonda?
