Hi there,

I would surely skip Siena and San Gimignano as daytrips from Verona, they are too far away, you really need to stay there.

From Verona, both Vicenza and Padua can be visited on a day trip, try to search in this forum for similar topic, it has been already covered.

Hi. Take Ceccoman's advice. He knows more about this area than most. Don't miss Padua where you can marvel at Giotto's frescoes which are very, very special. They're at the Scrovegni Chapel and you have to book at least 24 hours in advance. Padua is full of interesting and beautiful buildings and is possible one of Italy's friendliest cities. Enjoy.
