You would have to Cross the New Bridge to Piazzale Roma, from the check if your Cruise line runs a shuttle, if not get a Land Taxi from

Piazzale Roma to the Stazione Marittima, I do not know the going rate , but it is not very far,

Or Leave the Train at Mestre and get a Land Taxi from there, to the Dock,

As Sophie said, from S. Lucia station turn right and cross the Calatrava bridge (I won't write how venetians call it :P ) it will take less than five minutes to get Piazzale Roma, from there you may take the brand new People Mover, a single fare costs 1 euro and you will reach the maritime station in 2 minutes.

But be aware that the people mover drops you at the dock entrance. Depending on where your ship is moored, you might still have a walk of around a kilometre to get to it. A land taxi from Piazzale Roma will take you right to the ship.
