We booked a flight Amsterdam Rimini in Windjet. 08-09-2012, booking ref. nr. F8A334 and paid 643,08. Two days later we heard the company stops the flights. We got no information, we wrote to all departments of Windjet from info to chairman, from chairman to president. No answer, No information. A scandal for Italy. We lost 643,00 euro and on last moment we had to go by car, extra costs 800,00 euro. WHERE CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?? WHO IS HELPING US?? WHEN THERE IS ONE FLIGHT ORGANISATION WICH OFFER US COMPENSATION FOR A NEW FLIGHT OR WHAT EVER WE WILL LOVE iTALIAN AS EVER BEFORE. WHEN NOBODY GIVE RESPONSE WE WILL CONTINUE START BLAMING ITALY AND NEVER COME BACK.
