Is Roma Termini Station in ZTL area?

I will rent a car from Firenze and back it at Roma. Is Roma Termini train station in ZTL area? If not the best way for me is back the car to termini.

No, I have taken via Tiburtina in Roma East. That road goes right by the Termini and has several places to refuel your auto. With all the typical Rome streets that start and end with one way directions or even in the middle of the block, it can be slightly confusing in gaining access to the rental car parking garage, but if you have been driving in Italy for a couple of days, you should be able to make a right turn across three lanes of traffic from the left lane with just twenty feet of road. Just make sure that you ditch the car at once and not try to deliver luggage or passengers off at your hotel.

It's outside the ZTL covering the historic centre: see http://www.portalidiroma.net/homepage/ztl.htm and …roma.it/servizi/orari-ztl-roma/ - and you can reach it without driving through that, see tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g187791-i22-k44368…

It IS in the "ZTL anello ferroviario", in which e.g. certain motorbikes and scooters are banned for anti-pollution reasons (detailed rules for this area, in Italian: http://www.bandb-rome.it/mobilita_piano_antismog.html#Anello_Ferroviario).
