What exactly is center 1, 2, 3?

The best way is a prearranged car service.

Your hotel is on one side of Roma Termini train station, about nine blocks down from the exit, which might be a bit far to walk with luggage. There is probably a bus.

The Leonardo Express to Termini will cost 33 Euro for three people. www.romeshuttlelimousine.com will transfer three people with luggage for 40 Euro; www.romecabs.com will do it for 50 Euro.

There are basically 3 ways to get to your hotel from the airport.

I am assuming you are coming from FCO.

You can take a cab for a fixed rate of 40 euros to any hotel in the city center. make sure to take a cab from the cab rank and let them know you are aware of the fixed fare. This includes luggage.

You can take the leonardo express train (11 euros each) to the termini station. From there you can either walk or take a cab to your hotel. Your hotel is close to the termini so you could easily walk.

You can hire a private company like romecabs.com to meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. Check their website for the fare but I believe it is 45 euros.

If you are at CIA airport you can still have a private company pick you up or you can still take a cab (35 euro fixed rate) and I believe there is a bus or shuttle you can use.

Just to clarify; Romecabs is 45 euros for 2 people, and 5 euros for each additional person. They will be waiting for you after you retrieve your luggage with your name on a sign, point out various things of interest along the way, and help you with luggage upon arrival at your hotel. They call the airline to see if your flight is early or late so that they are sure to be there when you are. You will be in a nice temperature controlled sedan as opposed to what could be a hot taxi ride. You can email the owner, Stefano Costantini at romecabs@yahoo.com.
